Refund policy

All our items are created and commissioned with the order, and personalised for you we don't keep stock.  So under UK Law we don't offer refunds, unless the item was received damaged

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All our orders are sent insured with our carrier of choice.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
